WOA Lead Medical Secretary Since 2006, Mrs. Elaine shared her professionalism, pleasant nature and caring spirit with every person that visited or contacted Winds of Agape's main office. Her diligent work ethic and skills helped to keep the programs and services running successfully. Mrs. Cunningham worked with the Winds of Agape Administrative Staff and the team of CHHAs, PCAs and Volunteers to assist with providing reliable and compassionate care. She was an integral part of our team.
FIC Program Volunteers For over 20 years, this couple has dedicated their time, talents and skills to Winds of Agape. Their efforts have helped to assist in the overall growth of the organization. Mrs. Cynthia Torrence worked as a Teacher Assistant for the Syracuse City School District, for over 20 years. Mrs. Torrence has volunteered with Families In Crisis (FIC) Program. Mr. Romel Torrence has shared his expertise in Carpentry, Construction, Upholstery and Trucking over the years.
Nurse Supervisor Mrs. Sue Stickles has over 30 years of experience in Community Health Nursing. She has worked with Winds of Agape Home Care Agency as a Nurse Supervisor, for 10 years assisting with overseeing the Winds of Agape Social Adult Day Program, On-Call, Nursing Visits and has served as a member of the Quality Assurance Committee.
Service Coordinator & ILST Supervisor Winds of Agape Social Adult Day Program was led by N'Daria for over 5 years. She is certified to provide assistance for clients as a Service Coordinator. As an Independent Living Skills Trainer (ILST), She is adored by all of her clients and they appreciate her commitment to increasing their independence and quality of life through the provision of services under the Nursing Home Transition Diversion Waiver and Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver Services.
Medical Director, Volunteer For over 10 years, Dr. Joel Potash has served as a Quality Assurance Committee Member and has performed physicals annually for Winds of Agape staff and volunteers. He has shared his insights and encouraging perspectives with the Administrative Team. Dr. Potash's medical expertise has been greatly valued. Dr. Potash has exhibited generosity and compassion with his donations to the Winds of Agape Job Training Program for Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides.
Nurse Instructor Winds of Agape Home Care Agency Volunteer, Mrs. Phyllis Perkins was honored with the Post-Standard Achievement Award for her dedication and volunteer services at several agencies throughout the Central New York community. For over 10 years, Mrs. Perkins has assisted Winds of Agape Home Care Agency, as a Registered Nurse Instructor, in training over 400 aides.
